Your first payment is usually due 30 (thirty) days from the date your contract is signed. You will also receive a payment coupon book and an invoice each month about 2-3 weeks before your due date. You are responsible for timely payments for the term of your loan regardless of the use of a coupon book or receipt of a monthly invoice.

Yes, to make a payment via telephone, call us toll-free at (800) 536-2000 x 586. A $10.00 convenience fee is charged for all telephone payments. Payments received before 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, will be credited that day. All other payments will be credited the next business day. To pay by check you will need your bank routing and your bank account number available when calling. You can also pay by credit card or debit card, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards.
To make a payment via our Web site, log on to www.condorcap.com. A $10.00 convenience fee is charged for all Condor web site payments. You must register to log in and use this service. In addition to paying by check or credit card there is a link to Western Union Quick Collect® in which case a Western Union fee applies. | No, and you must send an immediate replacement. Bounced checks can not be replaced by a personal check. Replacement payments can be made by credit card, debit card, money order, or by Western Union. |

| No, whoever signed the original contract is responsible for paying off the loan in full. |
| Can someone else be added to my loan? |
Someone else may be added to a loan if certain conditions are met. If eligible there is a fee to do this. Please call customer service at (800) 536-2000 x 586.

During the life of your loan daily interest may have accumulated if you made any payments after your regulaly scheduled due date. If applicable this interest is due and payable at the end of the loan. |

| Yes, we accept cash, money order, or check payments. We will release the lien and title within three (3) business days for cash and money order payments. We will release the lien and title in thirty (30) days for payments made by checks, of any kind. |

Automatic payment withdrawals, also known as an ACH (Automated Clearing House) can be set up for you. Go to the Customer Service tab, and then Download PDF Forms area. Select and print the ACH form. Follow the instructions on the form and either mail it or fax to (631) 299-0071 and we will set you up.
